  • Individual consultations to explore self-awareness of one’s lifestyle in order to provide recommendations to improve quality of life.
  • Includes stress management skills/food selection, eating habits and exercise practices that are health promoting.
  • Flexible scheduling: 30 minutes to 2 hours

Corporate Wellness Consultation

What can you expect from a Corporate Wellness Consultation?

The three pillars of health are Lifestyle, Stress Management and a Balanced Diet.

A Corporate Wellness Consultation explores how you manage your health and devises strategies to improve or promote it.

Each consultation will provide you with:

  • A stress management plan
  • Lifestyle practices which are energy building
  • Food choices to maximize digestion
  • Exercise suggestions to optimize performance.

Initial Consultation: 60 min
Follow-up Consultations: 30 min to 60 min
