Optimal Balance

Finding balance is a daily practice.

Each day, our state of balance changes like the weather.
There is no ‘perfect day’.
It simply ‘is’ and all is welcome.
It cannot be measured, only tended to.

Coming into balance with a regular practice, enhances the quality of our day and our ability to integrate this state of Being into our daily lives and relationships.

And so, I invite you to join me and build a greater world together, one balanced day at a time.

“YOGA FOR YOUR NERVES” meets you where you are at incorporating vagal toning practices, breath work, movement, postures and guided practices to invite you into optimal balance.

All are welcome,
Whether a long time practitioner or a beginner, this practice is designed to benefit all levels.

New Session starts:

Thursday’s   January 2024 -  18, 25

                     February 2024 -  1, 8, 15, 22

  • 1 yoga mat

  • 1 or 2 straps

  • 2 to 4 blocks (2 may be sufficient)

  • 3 to 8 Mexican-style blankets (or others)

  • 1 Iyengar-style chair (or others)

  • 1 good computer screen like a tablet or connected to a larger screen
    (good visibility is important for receiving instructions well).
    Avoid phone screens!

Hatha Yoga
