Nervous System Regulation
I help you understand the physiological "why" behind your stress. Together, we work on moving your body out of a chronic "fight-or-flight" state and back into a restorative "rest-and-digest" mode through evidence-based techniques.
Ayurvedic Constitutional Analysis
We identify your Mind-Body type (called DOSHA in Sanskrit) to gain insight into your innate tendencies in response to stress. This helps explain why some individuals respond with frustration or anger, while others experience fear, anxiety, or a tendency to withdraw. Using this knowledge, we build a toolkit that directly addresses your specific needs.
Circadian Rhythm & Habit Evolution
We explore your daily routines (Dinacharya), including sleep hygiene, eating practices, exercise, and your work/play relationship. Our goal is to ensure your lifestyle supports your biology rather than depleting it.
Deep Rest Practices
I provide specific techniques designed to ease physical and mental tension while restoring your vital energy levels.
Mindfulness & Somatic Tools
I provide a practical, three-tiered tool set to equip you with a strong, sustainable skill set for managing stress in real time:
1st Tier: Immediate Relief – Practices designed to be used in the moment as stressful situations arise.
2nd Tier: Daily Maintenance – Sustainable routines that "wash away" the accumulation of daily stress.

Chronic Illnesses Coaching

Everybody’s life can drastically change any day. When I was diagnosed with cancer, I was already a nurse, I had taken care of people who were receiving treatment. I was always watching from the sidelines.
Then suddenly, in a doctor’s office all it took was few words, “You have…” and my life began to spiral.
I honor that my journey, as is yours, is unique.
What I discovered in coaching people with chronic illnesses, was that it was often one particular issue at a time that occupied their attention most. And if I could just help them to identify it, then they could have the power to decide how to deal with it. I offered personalized support through targeted tools, strategies, and resources, addressing their needs as they arose—approaching each issue individually.
Addressing one need at a time can contribute to enhancing your quality of life incrementally each day within your personal journey.
This practical approach serves to mitigate the emotional roller coaster often associated with chronic illness, so you can refocus on yourself rather than your illness.
I am often approached by individuals with inquiries related to improving their quality of life, often asking, "How am I going to do this?"
Whenever I found myself losing emotional balance (projecting my fears into the futur of “what ifs”),
I consistently returned to a fundamental reset question :
"Am I 'OK' at this present moment?"
Taking the time to sincerely reflect on this question brings me back and anchors me in the present.
This technique has consistently proven to be a powerful tool, not only for myself but also for many of my clients. It effectively guides us back to the immediate present, relieving the weight of pondering future uncertainties. By practicing this approach, individuals can better appreciate and enjoy the moments they are currently experiencing to the fullest.
I would return to this question over and over again, and use it to this day to help me navigate various challenges and maintain a sense of equilibrium.
