Finding balance is a daily practice.

Each day, our state of balance changes like the weather.
There is no ‘perfect day’.
It simply ‘is’ and all is welcome.
It cannot be measured, only tended to.

Coming into balance with a regular practice, enhances the quality of our day and our ability to integrate this state of Being into our daily lives and relationships.

Hatha Yoga

Nurtures & soothes frazzled nerves to bring you into balance

Hatha Yoga meets you where you are at and includes:

  • Asanas: Physical postures designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.

  • Pranayama: Breathing exercises that regulate and purify the body's energy.

  • Meditation: Techniques to calm the mind and achieve inner peace.

Hatha yoga is suitable for people of all fitness levels, including beginners. It is a gentle and accessible form of yoga that can be adapted to individual needs.

30 min Lunchtime Yoga Reset - ZOOM - LIVE :
Tuesday’s
- 12:30PM to 1PM (30 minutes)

Level: beginner to intermediate

Price: 60$ for 6 classes - 30 minutes

Location: A Zoom link will be provided once registration is complete.
The replay will be available for one week after each session, allowing everyone to practice at their own pace.

To attend classes, please have the following items
as they will be used to optimize each posture:

  • 1 yoga mat

  • 1 or 2 straps

  • 2 to 4 blocks (2 may be sufficient)

  • 2 Mexican-style blankets (or large beach towels)

  • 1 Iyengar-style chair (or others)

  • 1 good computer screen like a tablet or connected to a larger screen
    (good visibility is important for receiving instructions well).
    Avoid phone screens!
